BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

A plugin is a tool. Your website still needs a strategy.

WordPress offers a flexible starting point, but themes, plugins, content types and editing decisions shape the final website. Installing another SEO plugin will not automatically resolve unclear page purpose or a weak customer journey. I review the actual setup and your business goals, then decide where configuration, templates, internal links or content need attention.

Who this is for
Corporate WordPress websites, business service providers, local businesses and content-led brands using WordPress and page builders such as Elementor.

WHAT THE WORK CAN COVER

Specialist work.
A connected plan.

The final scope follows your goals, platform and starting point. These are the areas we can assess together.

01 / FOCUS AREA

Technical and configuration review

Check relevant visibility settings, sitemap output, canonical signals, redirects and content-type behaviour. Review the interactions between your existing tools before recommending another plugin.

02 / FOCUS AREA

Service and content structure

Organise important pages, categories and supporting content around real audience needs. Clarify the role of archives and duplicated topic coverage rather than applying the same indexing rule to everything.

03 / FOCUS AREA

On-page and template improvements

Refine page purpose, headings, metadata and links on agreed pages. Where a theme or Elementor template controls many destinations, identify the right place to make a consistent change.

04 / FOCUS AREA

Performance and publishing workflow

Review representative mobile templates and significant plugin or media overhead. Establish practical editorial checks so new pages keep the structure and quality of the improved site.

A CLEAR HANDOVER

Useful outputs.
Clear next steps.

Agree on deliverables, responsibilities and access before the work starts. Recommendations and implementation are separated clearly in your proposal.

01 / WordPress configuration findings

02 / Important-page and template priorities

03 / Scoped on-page improvement plan

04 / Publishing checks and measurement recommendations

PLANNING EXAMPLE / NOT A CLIENT CASE STUDY

What a focused starting point can look like.

A business has attractive Elementor pages but overlapping service descriptions and inconsistent headings. The proposed work connects a clear page map with template-level checks and improvements to the most valuable destinations.

MEASURE WHAT MATTERS

Progress needs
the right context.

Track the pages and enquiries relevant to your goals, supported by indexing and performance checks. Plugin scores are useful prompts, not a complete assessment of search quality or a guarantee of rankings.

Discuss your goals ↗

BEFORE WE START

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A practical starting point for deciding whether this service fits your business.

Ask about your website ↗

Can you work with Elementor websites?

Yes. Page content and shared templates should be reviewed in the tools that control them. Changes are scoped so your editing workflow remains understandable.

Do we have to switch SEO plugins?

Not necessarily. I review the existing configuration and conflicts first. A tool change should solve a real requirement and account for migration risks.

Will an SEO plugin guarantee indexing?

No. Search engines decide what to index and show. Configuration supports the website, but content quality, accessibility and other factors still matter.

Does this include a redesign?

A redesign is a separate scope. The SEO plan may identify design or template work, but the proposal should specify whether that execution is included.
